Description
Maximus was an idea I got from a Star Wars comicbook where a Darktrooper crash lands on Tantooine and is repaired by Pod Droids. In the comicbook he is eventual destroyed by a couple of Swoop Outlaws, but at the end prolog, he is being rebuilt by the pod droids.
What emerges from the second rebuild is Maximus. Since some of his parts were beyond repair the Pod Droids scavenged and canabalised parts from other droids. So Maximus has the brawn of a Gladiator Droid, the Sophistication Intelligence of a Protocol Droid, and the combat default of a Darktrooper.
Maximus serves as Cherry's personal bodyguard. Cherry is Lanar Talar's spoiled half sister turned pirate/rebel privateer, after the murder of their parents by Czar Khan.
